Are you passionate about eCommerce and creating seamless online shopping experiences? Global Retail Brands is looking for a dynamic eCommerce Coordinator to join our House team and help grow our digital presence across all channels.
In this role, you'll play a key part in driving online sales and optimising the customer journey—from website content and product listings to email marketing and paid campaigns. You'll collaborate with creative, planning, and operations teams to ensure every click delivers an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and optimise the House online store for a best-in-class customer experience.
* Build and execute email campaigns, pop-ups, automations, and digital content.
* Ensure product listings, pricing, and content are accurate across all platforms.
* Analyse website and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
* Support marketing, affiliate programs, and digital promotions.
* Assist customer service when needed to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
Who You Are
* Experienced with eCommerce platforms (Shopify) and email/CRM systems (Emarsys a bonus).
* Data-driven with excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Creative, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* 1–3 years' experience in eCommerce or digital marketing, preferably in retail.
