Administration Officer Job Description
The Administration Officer plays a key role in supporting the University Psychology Clinic; a training clinic for provisionally registered psychologists completing their postgraduate training in psychological practice.
About the Opportunity
This position will provide high-quality administrative, front-of-house, and clinic operations support in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The successful candidate will contribute to efficient and responsive processes that enable the smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic.
The Administration Officer will build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders while delivering essential service-related support.
* Demonstrated administrative skills including experience with a range of software applications, such as email and client management database systems.
* Commitment to customer service excellence and proactive contribution to the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and procedures.
* Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and demonstrated capacity to act independently within established guidelines, exercising sound judgement and discretion whilst respecting confidentiality.
