* Oversee budgets from $0k to 500k (majority 150k–$3 0k)
* Site visits, client & builder communication, quality control, and variations
* Work closely with experienced teams (no programming required)
* Ensure quality, safety, timelines, and client satisfaction every step of the way

Estimator / Project Manager
Looking to get off the tools, this may be your opportunity to transition to an office‑based role. We are a leading commercial landscape construction company based in the Northern Gold Coast region, with a commitment to delivering quality outdoor spaces. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of tenders and projects.
Responsibilities:
* Evaluate tender opportunities for suitability
* Manage tender lifecycle from assessment to supervisor handover
* Prepare accurate tenders for approval and submission
* Conduct take‑offs and measure plans
* Liaise professionally with clients, consultants, and builders
* Develop site tracking/budget sheets from tendered information
* Procure key items
* Submit variations + monthly progress claims
* Actively expand the client, subcontractor, and supplier base
Requirements:
* Previous experience in estimating and project management within the commercial landscape environment highly desirable
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
