What you'll contribute to:
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will provide technical and analytical leadership to transform CleanCo's growing portfolio of models into scalable, production-ready machine learning solutions.
* Lead the machine learning capability within Enterprise Information & Analytics, bridging data science, engineering and business needs
* Convert experimental and business-built models into secure, reliable enterprise systems
* Establish and mature MLOps practices so machine learning delivery becomes repeatable and sustainable
* Monitor model performance, value and adoption, improving outcomes over time
* Partner closely with Trading, Risk, Asset Operations and analytics teams to support better decisions
* Act as a trusted advisor who builds confidence in AI through transparency and demonstrated value
Your work will directly support CleanCo's AI strategy and enable predictive and optimisation-driven decision making across the business.
On your first day you will have:
* Demonstrated capability establishing and running MLOps practices end to end
* Solid experience working within the Azure ecosystem, including Azure Machine Learning
* Ability to translate business questions into practical ML approaches
* Experience working with diverse stakeholders and influencing change
* Tertiary qualifications in data science, mathematics, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
