Opportunity
We are seeking Casual Cooks/Chefs, Front‑of‑House (FOH) Staff, and Bar Staff with a can‑do attitude to join our dynamic teams across two of Brisbane’s most exciting upcoming festivals:
- Brisbane Festival (2 September – 28 September 2025)
- Night Feast (15 October – 8 November 2025)
This is your chance to be part of high‑energy, high‑volume festival experiences, working alongside passionate hospitality professionals.
Roles & Responsibilities
Bar Staff
- Serve drinks with warmth, professionalism, and speed
- Proactively restock the bar during service to keep operations seamless
- Maintain composure and pace under pressure; keep bar areas tidy and presentable
- Well‑groomed and professionally presented at all times
Front‑of‑House (FOH) Staff
- Deliver exceptional guest service—from greeting to farewells
- Manage seating, taking and delivering orders, and maintaining service areas
- Keep communication fluid, ensure smooth transitions between service stations
Casual Cooks / Chefs
- Prepare and plate dishes efficiently in fast‑moving kitchens
- Assist with mise en place, stock handling, kitchen setup, and pack‑down
- Uphold kitchen hygiene and safety standards throughout service
What We’re Looking For
- Experience preferred in festivals, events, restaurants, or high‑volume venues
- Friendly, adaptable, and positive team player ready to dive in immediately
- Reliable with excellent communication skills, full Australian working rights essential
- Weekend availability is a must, ability to travel across Central Brisbane to different sites
