Job Description

About the Role

As a Hospitality Assistant, you'll play a key part in creating a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for residents by delivering high‐quality kitchen/food services, cleaning, and/or laundry services.

This hands‐on role suits someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and meaningful connections with residents.

Part Time and Casual Roles Available

What You'll Do

• Assist with meal and beverage preparation and service
• Use kitchen equipment safely and maintain clean, hygienic workspaces
• Support the Food Safe Program

Cleaning Services

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in resident rooms, common areas, kitchen, and laundry spaces
• Safely handle equipment and chemicals
• Assist residents with cleaning needs where appropriate

Laundry Services

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, iron, and return personal laundry
• Label clothing and operate commercial laundry equipment

Desired Skills and Experience

About You

• Flexible to work a variety of shifts
• Aged care or hospital hospitality experience desirable but not essential – training provided
• Team player with strong communication skills and a caring attitude
