IntroductionThe Customer Services Advisor will work on-site in Pinelands, Cape Town, working UK business hours and be the point of contact for UK customers purchasing ourproducts namely firewood, wood pellets, charcoal, briquettes and firelighters, used primarily for domestic heating. The person will manage orders and complaints to the customer’s satisfaction by providing information and resolving delivery and product issues. The aim of the job is to provide fast, helpful, and accurate support that maintains and grows the customer base.Duties & ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and tickets,Provide product information, pricing, and stock availability for all our productsProcess sales orders accurately and efficiently on the systemResolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and care.Track and follow up on orders, deliveries, and any delays.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, promotions, and seasonal changes.Upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate.Log interactions in the customer management system (CRM).Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure accurate fulfilment.Desired Experience & QualificationMinuimum of 2 years experience in acustomer services or call centre positionExperience working with UK CustomersHigh Level of English proficiencyPackage & RemunerationWe offer R12,000 to R16,000 CTC depending on experience
