About The Opportunity
We are seeking to appoint a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, enterprise-wide IT initiatives that directly support the University's strategic priorities. This role requires a highly capable Project Manager who can not only deliver projects successfully but also drive meaningful organisational change through strong stakeholder engagement and communication.

Both programs will require exceptional change management capability, including the ability to navigate complexity, influence across diverse stakeholder groups, and drive adoption at scale. Beyond this phase, you will manage an evolving portfolio of projects aligned to digital transformation, service improvement and operational efficiency.
Working closely with ITS teams, senior leaders, executive stakeholders and external vendors, you will demonstrate highly developed communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messages. You will confidently engage at executive level, building trust, influencing decision‐making and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

* Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to connect multiple work streams into coherent, improved processes and solutions.
* Ability to interpret and use qualitative and quantitative data, translating insights into informed solutions and leveraging data to guide decisions and measure project outcomes.
