Apprentice Metal Workers
Perfect for school leavers or career starters who want to learn a respected trade.
You will:
* Complete a Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade
* Learn cutting, grinding, folding, welding and polishing
* Work alongside experienced tradespeople in workshop and onsite environments
* Develop strong safety awareness and pride in workmanship
Ideal for someone who is reliable, hands-on, keen to learn, and enjoys working as part of a team.

3. $18 – $30 per hour (plus super)

Suited to tradespeople or experienced fabricators looking to further develop their skills.
You will:
* Read and interpret shop drawings
* Fabricate stainless steel components from start to finish
* Perform TIG welding and finishing to a high standard
* Work with press brakes, guillotines and modern workshop equipment
* Take ownership of quality and job outcomes
You'll bring solid fabrication experience, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Fabricator / Welder
$35 – $42 per hour (plus super)
Rate dependent on:
* Stainless steel experience
* Welding competency (TIG experience highly regarded)
* Ability to read drawings and work independently
* Quality of finish and productivity

For experienced tradespeople ready to lead by example.
You will:
* Deliver high-quality fabrication and welding across complex projects
* Interpret detailed drawings and identify potential fabrication issues
* Assist with improving processes and productivity
* Mentor apprentices and less experienced team members
* Maintain exceptional standards of safety, quality, and workmanship
Trade qualification and stainless steel experience essential.
