We're seeking a skilled professional to join our IT team as a Technical Support Specialist.
* This role is critical in providing high-quality technical assistance to our staff, ensuring seamless operation of our systems and infrastructure.
About the Role:
This position involves delivering first- and second-level helpdesk support, participating in various projects, and configuring new equipment for efficient use. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Offer timely and effective technical assistance to Aspect staff through multiple channels.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement IT solutions that meet business needs.
* Set up and configure new hardware and software, ensuring optimal performance and security.
What We're Looking For:
* Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco).
* A valid driver's license.
* At least one year of experience supporting users in an enterprise environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Windows server networks.
* Familiarity with virtualization technologies.
* A Working with Children Check clearance (NSW) and National Police Clearance.
