The Opportunity
PARC Engineering is coming to Victoria! Following our sustained success in the West, we are heading East to work on a long‐term pipeline of major infrastructure projects. We aren't just looking for a supervisor; we are seeking Foundation Civil Leaders. This EOI is for a proactive self‐starter who wants to shape the success of our Victorian operations from the ground floor.
Key Responsibilities
* Site Leadership: Supervise day‐to‐day civil construction operations, ensuring works are delivered to plan.
* Team Management: Provide clear direction to operators and labourers; mentor and support team members to build a high‐performing local crew.
* Project Coordination: Interpret site plans and coordinate plant, materials, and subcontractors to meet program targets.
* Safety & Quality: Lead daily pre‐start meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefings; implement and uphold OHS/EPA procedures.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to maintain a smooth, productive workflow and identify program efficiencies.
Role Requirements
* Experience: Extensive background in civil construction with proven supervisory experience on Victorian infrastructure projects.
* Qualifications: Certificate III in Civil Construction (or equivalent).
* Compliance: Valid Construction Induction OHS Card (White Card).
* Technical: Ability to read/interpret complex site plans and manage heavy plant/subcontractor resources.
* Digital Literacy: Experience with digital site reporting and safety platforms (e.g., Procore, HammerTech, or similar).
* Leadership: Confident leading crews, managing site deadlines, and achieving value‐for‐money outcomes.
* Licensing: Current Australian Driver's Licence and full Australian Working Rights.
* Certificate IV in Civil Supervision.
* RIW (Rail Industry Worker) card or relevant Tier 1 project inductions.
* Knowledge of Victorian EPA soil management and waste guidelines.
