About the Role:
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead operations within the Up&Go Department on day shift, ensuring effective production, team capability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
This is a hands‐on leadership role that focuses on motivating and developing a high‐performing team while driving operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Provide proactive and collaborative leadership to the day shift team
* Foster connection with team members through strong communication
* Lead safety initiatives and manage incidents and hazards
* Deliver ongoing feedback and performance management
* Ensure adherence to line operation processes and standards
* Comply with food safety and quality standards
* Analyse reports and develop strategies for continuous improvement
* Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate as required
* Manage daily workflows and staffing requirements
* Identify and develop future talent within the team
* Coordinate team training and development plans
* Support recruitment as needed

* Moderate Digital literacy, with experience of Microsoft Office program.
