This position involves greeting clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner, answering phone calls with confidence and clarity, managing bookings, scheduling technicians, and coordinating daily jobs, maintaining accurate records of customer information and job details, supporting the office with data entry, document preparation, and filing, assisting with invoicing and liaising with accounts where required, and keeping the reception and office area tidy and well-organised.
