Educational Leader
Location: Bertram, City of Perth W.A. 6167
Centre: Goodstart Bertram
Employment Type: Full Time 38 hours per week
Pay: $39.35 - $68.53 per hour (qualification and experience pending) + Educational Leader Allowance $2.68 per hour additional
Responsibilities
As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
Qualifications
* Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current Western Australia Working with Children Check
* Experience leading change in education (preferred)
