Description Max – term opportunity Based in Parramatta, NSW, AU Hybrid working arrangements What’s the role? As part of the Financial Crime team, you will play a key role in managing customer risk, with a focus on high-risk and politically exposed customers (PEPs). You will take ownership of investigations, carrying out detailed due diligence and producing clear, practical risk assessments that support decision-making and meet regulatory expectations. Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end case investigations, including ECDD and executive summaries Assess and document customer risk, ensuring outcomes align with AML/CTF requirements Produce clear, well-structured investigation findings, including rationale and recommendations Engage with Business Units, Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders to gather information and progress cases Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, uplift controls and reduce financial crime risk Contribute to consistent, high-quality outputs across the team What do I need? You will be a detail-oriented and analytical thinker who can confidently manage complex, high-risk cases in a fast-paced environment.
