IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team and ensure the reliability of our technology platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving helpdesk requests, troubleshooting network, hardware, software, printer, and mobile devices issues.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in managing and resolving IT-related issues, applicable qualifications in an IT-related discipline, and excellent customer service skills. They will also have experience configuring and administering Microsoft 365, Microsoft Server products, and knowledge of WAN/LAN, IP Networking, DHCP/DNS, Windows desktop, and Windows server environments.

Key Responsibilities:
