Due to ongoing growth in the region, we are currently recruiting for a Regional Pest Control Technician to be part of our Port Hedland team based in Pilbara. We are ideally looking for a qualified and experienced Pest Technician; however, we will consider provisionally licensed technicians. Applicants holding a 482 visa are welcome to apply.
Your role will entail (but not be limited to):
* Carry out pest control work for a range of customers
* Manage scheduled work on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
* Must be willing to travel to mine sites, cattle stations, remote structures and aboriginal communities including overnight stays
* Customer engagement to validate requirements or re-confirm visits
* Enhance the Rentokil brand through developing meaningful and collaborative relationships with our customers and role model these behaviours
* Assist with identifying sales leads for the region
* Ability to show attention to detail and strong time management skills
Requirements:
* Cert III Pest Management Licence
* Australian Manual Drivers licence
* Ability to travel to remote areas while servicing regional customers
* Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as numeracy skills
* Ability to work autonomously
