About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Centralised Sales Manager
to lead and grow a high-performing sales team. This is a unique opportunity to build a team almost from the ground up and drive success focused on service business, before expanding across multiple business lines, to include modernisation and new installations.

You will manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our centralised sales function.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and lead and develop a team of Sales Specialists and Senior Sales Specialists.
* Drive sales-related customer support for customers and conversion opportunities across all segments.
* Recruit, onboard, and expand the sales team while fostering continuous development.
* Design and implement sales strategies aligned with organisational goals.
* Manage KPIs and ensure achievement of sales targets.
* Collaborate on pricing strategies, campaigns, and process improvements.

What We're Looking For

* Proven sales leadership experience in phone-based sales with a strong track record in B2B environments.
* Minimum 3 years of management experience and several years in sales.
* Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a hands-on approach.
* Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume transactional environment.
* Proven experience to build, manage and grow a high performing team environment in phone-based sales
