Customer Development Manager (Industrial)
Build and develop strong relationships with key accounts across industrial and trade sectors, generating significant new business growth within the Toowoomba area. The role involves managing existing key accounts and developing new ones, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet strategic business plan requirements, and maximizing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage existing key accounts and develop new accounts.
* Oversee the territory in line with NAPA's Customer Value Proposition.
* Maintain the customer territory and maximize business opportunities and sales growth.
* Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and product training as required.
Qualifications
* Preferred industry account management experience in commercial, automotive, or industrial sectors.
* Proven track record of sales results, customer relationship development, and territory management.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to negotiate, influence decisions, and achieve results.
* Sound business acumen and numerical competency.
* Proven ability to prioritize workloads.
* Outgoing, positive, and motivated with the ability to work calmly under pressure.
