Initial 3 month contract
We are seeking an experiencedChange Managerfor an immediate start to support a major transformation program.
This role will focus on stakeholder impact assessment, business readiness, and embedding change activities across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Assess releases against change management criteria and business readiness requirements.
Maintain and update change impact assessments.
Develop executive-level reporting, including dashboards, heat maps, and Gantt charts.
Brief the change team and integrate impacts into communications, training, and business readiness activities.
Partner with stakeholders to track and manage key impacts across teams.
Ideally you will have the following
Proven experience in change management or senior change analysis roles.
Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
Ability to produce clear, executive-ready reporting and presentations.
Experience with tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, dashboards, heat maps, and Gantt charts.
Background in supporting communications, training, and organisational readiness.
