About the Role
Reporting to and mentored by the People & Culture Manager, you will receive training across our Payroll and HR systems to provide administrative support across payroll processing, compliance, and general HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with weekly payroll preparation and processing.
* Maintaining employee records and personnel files.
* Assisting with timesheet collection and verification.
* Supporting HR compliance and employee documentation requirements.
* Updating databases and internal systems.
* Responding to employee payroll and HR enquiries.
* General administration and office support duties.
