**The Company**
Our client is an expanding, dynamic business within the healthcare sector on the search for an experienced and dedicated HR officer to support the ER/IR function of the business. This role involves a variety of different tasks to utilise your established skillset, with career development and ongoing training supporting the HR manager and people and culture team. This role offers you multiple opportunities to expand your industry knowledge and work within a fast paced environment. This position is on a temporary basis with an immediate start! You must be immediately available.
**The Role**
The roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- End to end recruitment process for roles in the medical sector
- Supporting the HR manager in all HR/recruitment processes
- Providing support with the interpretation and advice on changes to legislation, industrial agreements and employee contracts to stakeholders
- Liaising between internal stakeholders and unions
- Supporting the team leaders with all upcoming internal HR projects
**Your Profile**
- Relevant industry experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong precision and a high level of attention to detail
- Ability and willingness to meet critical business deadlines
- Strong work ethic and ability to prioritise tasks
