About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Barber or Stylist to lead our new team at Studio S Barbers, located in Moranbah, QLD. As a full-time Senior Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our valued customers. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the latest hairstyling trends and techniques, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
* Providing professional and creative haircuts, shaves, and grooming services to customers
* Staying up-to-date with the latest hairstyling trends and techniques
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area
* Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience
* Mentoring and training junior stylists
* Contributing to the overall success and growth of the business
What we're looking for
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional Barber/Stylist
* Strong knowledge of men's hairstyles, shaving, and grooming techniques
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Creative and innovative approach to hairstyling
* Certification in Hairdressing or Barbering
* Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
