The Assistant Director role is a pivotal position in our organization, responsible for providing expert research and policy advice to drive the development of Workforce Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead research and policy advice on employment policy settings and labour market programs
* Engage with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the operation of Workforce Australia
* Utilize evidence-based analysis to inform policy decisions and recommend improvements
* Manage staff and teams, as well as complex strategic research projects
Requirements and Qualifications:
Tertiary qualifications in an analytical discipline such as economics, statistics, policy, research, social science, or related fields are highly desirable
