Key Responsibilities:
SITE SURVEILLANCE & QUALITY ASSURANCE
Inspect site-based infrastructure projects to ensure compliance with specifications.
ISSUE IDENTIFICATION & RESOLUTION
Identify and investigate non-conformances, assess their severity, and implement corrective actions.
DOCUMENTATION & REPORTING
Maintain comprehensive records and compile high-quality documentation for legal, contractual, and compliance purposes.
STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT
Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders to report progress, quality, and emerging issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A sound technical understanding of civil and structural construction projects is essential. Current Pre-Qualification for Contract Administration and Verification at the highest level is required.
