**About our Client**:
Our client is the global provider of qualified information, software solutions, and services for various sectors.
**Primary purpose of the role**:
- Provide technical services/projects for customers such as migrations, implementations (optimizing the configuration) or integration projects (e.g. linking or authentication).
- Act as implementation manager - guide existing and new customers in the full use and implementation of software and database features.
- Maintain a close relationship with distributors, Customer Service & Sales team, to ensure optimum delivery of our products to customers.
- Manage information flow - maintain a close working relationship with the entire Global Technical Services group, ensuring that enhancement requests, bugs, and other product issues are communicated to all concerned
- Utilize electronic systems to ensure that all enquiries and customer contacts are logged as occurs, for all staff of WK Health to view
- Proactively provide written technical problem/solution documents for the customer-facing and internal technical Knowledgebases
- Proactively communicate with customers to introduce new features and functionality and manage technical aspects of the accounts.
**Interacts with**:
- All internal groups
- Customers: our direct customers include technical/administrative staff, researchers, librarians, library directors, purchasers, clinicians, and students. In addition, interactions with distributors and other third-party vendors may be necessary.
**We would love to talk to you if you have**:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or substantial work experience in a similar capacity.
- Knowledge or experience of Library Sciences, Medical technology/information industry
- A degree level in library science
- Given the international nature of the business, skills in an additional language are advantageous
