As an Experienced Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable coffee experiences for our customers while upholding the high standards of our cafe. This dynamic position requires exceptional customer service skills, the ability to thrive under pressure, and a passion for hospitality.

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
* Utilise your experience as a barista to craft high-quality coffee beverages consistently.
* Work front of house, engaging with customers, and maintaining the ambiance and cleanliness of the cafe.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a positive experience.
* Demonstrate the ability to think on your feet and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
* Multi-task effectively and prioritize responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
* Embrace team values, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
What You'll Bring
To excel in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience as a barista, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques.
* Availability to work from 5am till 11pm Monday to Sunday preferred.
* Proven ability to maintain high standards in a cafe or hospitality environment.
* Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
* The ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
* Strong multi-tasking abilities and effective prioritization skills.
* A team-oriented mindset, willing to collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellence.
