Spa Experience Coordinator Role Overview:
The Spa Experience Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by efficiently managing spa appointments, reservations, and check-ins while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
This role involves processing telephone inquiries, scheduling spa activities, providing general departmental assistance, and communicating effectively with guests to ensure their needs are met.
* Efficiently process all telephone inquiries and spa/fitness reservation/activity scheduling from future, local, and in-house guests.
* Offer additional spa bookings and itinerary assistance for all spa and hotel guests.
* Provide thorough and complete information on all services offered, as well as reconfirming sales and events in detail.
* Attend all departmental meetings and trainings.
* Maintain a professional and caring manner with all guests, focusing on recovery and special needs guests.
* Respond quickly to guest requests or complaints and take appropriate action.
* Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Work efficiently in booking management software while scheduling, modifying, or canceling spa and fitness reservations and services.
* Communicate all guest needs and concerns to the appropriate spa manager or manager on duty.
