Responsibilities
* Deliver pastry services as part of the opening team to provide a refined and immersive dining experience.
* Maintain high standards of quality, consistency and presentation in all pastry offerings.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation in a fast-paced environment.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers to uphold service excellence.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Pastry Chef in a restaurant.
* Strong culinary skills with an eye for detail and a passion for quality.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while remaining composed under pressure.
* Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
* Proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
* Eye for detail and strong time management.
* Knowledge of food safety standards.
* Genuine interest in day-to-day operations.
* Qualification in Patisserie, Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts.
