Description The focus of this position will be on design, storyboarding and delivery; Develop and implement training strategies and plans. Ensure the successful adoption of the new system by all employees. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to align training needs. Design and deliver engaging training sessions and materials. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff during the adoption process. Manage and resolve any issues that arise during the adoption process. Profile A successful Training & Adoption Manager should have: Previous success in the planning, design, development, and delivery of multimodal training collateral (incl. online training environments), as part of deploying digital solutions. High level of experience in training delivery within a large and complex, geographically diverse organisation. High level of interpersonal, consultation, oral and written communication skills to effectively enable the engagement of a diverse range of stakeholders. Experience in working within multi-disciplinary project teams, collaborating to deliver successful go lives.
