Sales Support / Customer Service Representative
Location: Eastern Creek, Sydney NSW
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 + Super
The Role
This is a fast‐paced, hands‐on customer service and sales support position. You will manage inbound enquiries, process orders, and support customers across multiple channels while working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow, quick resolution of issues, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer calls and emails
- Process and manage customer orders
- Handle enquiries and resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Support internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate system records and updates
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times
- Assist with general administration and coordination tasks
About You
- Experience in customer service or sales support roles
- Comfortable working in a fast‐paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Positive, proactive, and team‐oriented approach
- Quick to learn systems and processes; ERP or CRM experience is an advantage
