The Role
* Assisting the Director of Consulting in managing our existing portfolio of superannuation, liability driven investors and other complex clients
* Responsibility for managing the clients to which you have been allocated in your specialist capacity and taking responsibility for those relationships and for guiding less experienced staff who work with you on those client teams
* Working closely with our Research and Investment Strategy Teams to ensure that their research is keeping pace with the needs of our clients
* Initiate, develop and maintain relationships with a range of clients and prospect clients including the building of new relationships and diversification of the client group
* Working with the Technology team to help guide the ongoing development of our technology solutions
* Developing and maintaining an appreciation of the overall range of services provided by Frontier, and which Frontier staff members have expertise in various areas, and getting those staff involved in client matters as needed.

Desirable skills
* Strong knowledge of investment management and asset allocation ideally including experience specifically in consulting or advice
* Excellent organisation skills, an ability to work autonomously, set priorities and work to deadlines
* Exemplary interpersonal skills and an ability to work in, and contribute to, a team environment by working co-operatively and effectively in an environment of mutual respect
* Relevant experience and relationships across the superannuation and other institutional investment clients
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate at all levels including, professional presentation to clients and staff
* An ability to work with ambiguity within a commercially sensitive environment.
