About the role
This is a supervisory role leading our 30 housekeeping team and reporting directly to the Hospitality Services Manager.

Key requirements
* Demonstrated leadership experience preferably in the housekeeping services industry
* Ability to assign tasks establish standards train staff and manage performance.
* Strong communication skills for interacting with staff patients and other departments.
* Rostering experience inventory management and record-keeping
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in a physically challenging environment
* Knowledge of cleaning procedures chemicals and equipment including infection control standards.
* Flexible and available to work all shifts on a rotating roster.
