About the Role
As a Driller's Offsider, you'll be working underground in tough but rewarding conditions, supporting the driller in daily operations. Your role is essential to the safe and efficient operation of the drill rig.
Duties include:
* Assisting with the setup, operation, and maintenance of underground drilling equipment
* Handling and transporting drill rods and equipment
* Manual handling and physical labour
* Cleaning and servicing machinery
* Following strict safety procedures and protocols
* Supporting the driller with operational tasks underground

To be successful, you'll need:
* A strong level of physical fitness – this is a physically demanding job
* Manual driver's licence (HR or above highly regarded)
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen
* National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
* Previous experience in mining, labouring, or heavy industry preferred – but not essential
* Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
