Job Title: Pharmacist Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist Manager to lead our dispensary team and drive outstanding health outcomes for our community. This is a challenging role that requires leadership skills, business acumen and the ability to inspire excellence in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Driving business performance across turnover, professional services, and patient engagement
* Leading operational and strategic direction across stock control, PBS compliance, merchandising, and service delivery
* Mentoring staff, managing performance, and planning workforce needs
* Upholding safety, compliance, and professional standards
* Communicating effectively across teams and fostering a culture of excellence
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor of Pharmacy degree and AHPRA registration
* Previous use of FRED dispensing system (an advantage)
* Right to live and work in Australia
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to lead with strategic vision and operational precision
* Knowledge of QCPP, WHS practices, and ethical guidelines
* Strong organisational, analytical, and computer literacy skills
Leadership Scope:
