MRX is a specialist supplier to the heavy vehicle industry across Australia and New Zealand. Backed by Mammoth Equipment & Exhaust, MRX focuses on truck exhaust and emissions systems — from DPFs, DOCs, SCRs, clamps, and gaskets to complete exhaust cleaning and refurbishment services.
We're expanding and seeking a hands‑on Business Development Manager to drive growth across Western Australia. This is a great opportunity for someone with energy, initiative, and strong relationship‑building skills to help grow a fast‑developing brand in the heavy transport sector.

The Role:
* Build and grow sales with new and existing customers
* Promote MRX's full range of products and exhaust cleaning services
* Visit customers on‑site — transport fleets, workshops, resellers, and distributors
* Prepare quotes, pricing, and tailored product solutions
* Track competitor activity and market trends
* Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure seamless delivery
* Report on pipeline, sales activity, and key opportunities
The Candidate:
* Proven experience in sales or account management within the truck, automotive, or parts industry
* Knowledge of exhaust or emissions systems (preferred but not essential)
* Confident communicator with strong face‑to‑face customer engagement skills
* Self‑starter with a drive to meet targets and grow your territory
* Ability to manage your schedule and work independently
* Willingness to travel up to 70%, including interstate trips
