This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the trusted backbone of a team – keeping things running smoothly, contributing to meaningful outcomes and working closely with colleagues who genuinely support each other. Our team is highly connected and outcomes‑focused. We collaborate closely across business partnering and talent, value shared ownership of work, and take pride in delivering a positive, people‑centred experience across the employee lifecycle. About the role: As an HR Administration Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of people and culture services across Infrastructure NSW. Working closely with both our business partnering and talent teams, you will provide high quality administrative and coordination support across recruitment, onboarding, reporting and day‑to‑day people enquiries. You will be a key point of contact for the People and Culture inbox, exercising judgement to triage and respond to enquiries, and ensuring stakeholders receive timely, accurate and professional support. You will also support People and Culture reporting requirements and contribute to the accuracy of records and data, helping the team deliver insights, meet compliance obligations and enable informed decision‑making. A detailed overview of responsibilities can be found in the attached role description. About You You bring proven experience in providing administrative support, ideally within a People and Culture or talent environment. You enjoy working in a small, collaborative team and are comfortable supporting both business partners and talent specialists to deliver quality results. You are organised, responsive and take pride in delivering accurate, well‑considered work with a great attention to detail. You communicate clearly, exercise sound judgement and understand the importance of discretion when managing sensitive and confidential information. Experience using SAP, particularly in a HR, recruitment or reporting context, is highly desirable. You are savvy using Microsoft Office tools and can manage competing priorities while maintaining a strong customer service focus.
