You will play a vital role in scheduling Independent Medical Examinations (IME) and Independent Impairment Assessments (IIA) for injured workers. Your dedication to operational support and services will be instrumental in providing excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and rapport-building skills.
* Contribute to process improvements by identifying areas of enhancement.
* Offer exceptional service to all key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
* Perform administrative tasks efficiently, including scheduling appointments, maintaining databases, and managing inboxes.
* Ensure that all bookings align with Service Level Agreements.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role, with expertise in inbound/outbound calls, data entry, and administrative tasks.
* Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
