Your Key Responsibilities
You will drive performance and excellence by overseeing daily operations, ensuring the team meets productivity and commercial goals. You will maintain the highest standards in workplace safety, quality management, and customer service.
You will also invest in your future with paid training to complete a nationally recognized Certificate III in Correctional Practice.
* Relevant trade qualifications in Cabinet Making, Shop Fitting, or Joinery, or CAD drawing skills and experience using SolidWorks or Cabmaster within the furniture industry.
* Current Certificate III in Correctional Practice, or the ability to complete it within required timeframes.
* A current NSW driver's license and willingness to drive as part of the role.
