In this role, you'll:
Lead the development and delivery of strategies, policies and practical tools that help embed modern slavery risk management across Transport for NSW's procurement activities.
You will play a key role in strengthening how modern slavery risks are identified, managed and mitigated across the full procurement lifecycle.
Working with a high level of autonomy, you will drive initiatives that address risks within the supply chain, improve existing practices and ensure alignment with government priorities and regulatory requirements. You will also engage closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop practical solutions, tools and resources that support better outcomes.

About you
• Demonstrated experience identifying and mitigating modern slavery risks within procurement
• Experience developing and implementing modern slavery risk management policies or guidance
• Strong understanding of relevant regulatory and policy frameworks, ideally within a government environment
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive the adoption of modern slavery risk practices
• Strong communication skills, including preparing clear reports, briefs and presentations
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
