About The Role
This newly created Product Manager role partners with the Head of Digital Acceleration to drive product excellence across our diverse portfolio. Your core mission is to bridge the communication gap between business stakeholders and delivery teams, translating requirements into technical execution. You will establish robust product management discipline, ensuring teams understand the essential "why" behind every initiative.
Requirements
What does a day in the life look like?
* Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
* Drive prioritization and strategic alignment (OKRs) to ensure the right product is built at the right time.
* Translate high-level strategy into actionable, measurable outcomes for delivery teams.
Product Delivery & Execution
* Own the end-to-end product delivery cycle, from concept through launch and optimization.
* Define success metrics and drive iteration based on data-driven performance insights.
* Ensure quality delivery through collaboration and a user-centered approach to development.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
* Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and the digital delivery team.
* Provide clear executive-level reporting that translates technical progress into business impact.
* Facilitate cross-functional alignment and proactively resolve conflicting priorities.
Team Leadership & Engagement
* Drive team engagement and context, ensuring every member understands their contribution.
* Coach teams on product thinking and translating business needs into clear user stories.
* Foster a collaborative environment aligned with shared business goals.
Process & Discipline
* Establish and maintain product management best practices and frameworks.
* Manage and prioritize the backlog for maximum value delivery and strategic alignment.
* Implement feedback loops and drive continuous improvement across methodologies.
About You
* Exceptional Communication: Proven ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences, from granular team discussions to executive reporting.
* Product Expertise: Strong grasp of the product lifecycle and experience working with technical teams in Agile environments.
* Data-Driven & Analytical: Uses an analytical approach to decision-making and easily understands/communicates technical concepts.
* Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence without authority across all organizational levels.
* Process Leadership: Experience establishing and implementing product management discipline, processes, and frameworks.
* Independent & Proactive: Highly prioritized, self-starting, and demonstrates strong initiative.
