Developing engaging social media content that builds health literacy and connects communities with the services we provide.
Raising the profile of West Moreton Health's capital investment program through creative and accessible storytelling.
Producing high-quality visuals, reels, and short-form videos.
Planning, scheduling, publishing, and evaluating content across multiple platforms.
Collaborating with teams and stakeholders to source and share meaningful, community-focused stories.
Monitoring and moderating online engagement to ensure timely, respectful, and culturally appropriate responses.
Using analytics to track performance and refine content strategies.
Ensuring all content complies with accessibility, branding and Queensland Government communication standards.

About you
Your success in this role will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge and experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships, collaborate across disciplines, and partner effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of social and digital media trends, tools, software, and platform-specific best practices, with the ability to deliver engaging content and support implementation of campaigns.
Ability to create engaging content for social media channels in line with existing campaign and brand guidelines.
Well-developed project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the use of data and insights to evaluate performance, inform decisions, and continuously improve social media and marketing outputs.
A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with a commitment to supporting team success, embracing feedback, and contributing positively to a respectful, inclusive and high-performing culture
