About the Role
Delivery Driver / Customer Tech – $36‐$37 / hr (casual). 38 hours per week with a 7.30am start. Reports directly to the Service Manager. This is a casual position with the potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive a work van to deliver local orders.
* Service coffee machines by detailed cleaning.
* Pick and pack orders for dispatch via freight forwarder (pallets, skids, individual boxes).
* Control inventory and ensure stock rotation.
* Operate a walk‐behind forklift.
* Use Microsoft computing skills.
* Perform general warehouse and admin duties.
* Apply common sense in all tasks.
Must Have
* Valid and current driver's licence.
* Proven customer‐service experience.
All About You
* Prior experience as a delivery driver, preferably in a customer‐driven setting such as the food‐service industry.
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
* Great attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with outstanding phone manners.
* Warehouse experience.
* Ability to multi‐task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
