Install Base Account Executive Intern

About the Role
We're looking for a driven and relationship-focused Install Base Account Executive to join our team on the Sunshine Coast.
In this role, you'll be responsible for driving growth within our existing client base by strengthening relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering exceptional account management. If you thrive on building long-term partnerships, spotting upsell opportunities, and creating real value for clients - this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to existing clients to introduce new products and upsell current solutions
Manage renewals and oversee day-to-day client account relationships
Build strong, trusted relationships to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention
Collaborate with Procore Account Executives to understand product offerings and uncover client opportunities
Provide basic solution guidance and support where required
Collect testimonials and reviews to strengthen brand credibility and support sales initiatives
Set clear expectations with clients to maintain a high standard of service delivery
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer success
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple client accounts
Proactive, solution-focused mindset
Comfortable working in-office Monday to Friday
