Role Summary:
The Head Chef is responsible for managing and coordinating the production of food in all areas, driving profitability and ensuring the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Present a standard of food that consistently meets and exceeds patrons' expectations
* Resolve problems effectively, ensuring safe and hygienic food storage and preparation
* Maintain standard recipes, reach budget targets, anticipate guest needs, supervise staff, recruit and train team members
* Ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines, manage departmental rosters and expenses, stay updated with menu trends, maintain equipment, ensure cleanliness, effective communication, report incidents, represent the brand, participate in meetings and training, support other departments, guide junior staff
