Caudalie is seeking a part time Sales & Education Consultant, operating as an independent sole trader, across Sephora stores.
This dynamic, hands-on role combines retail sales excellence, education, and premium brand representation. As a Caudalie ambassador, you will drive in-store performance while elevating the product knowledge and engagement of Sephora team members.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively engage customers and deliver personalised skincare consultations.
* Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Training & Education
* Deliver engaging and informative product training sessions to Sephora staff.
* Build team confidence in recommending Caudalie products.
* Ensure accurate, consistent brand messaging across all interactions.
Brand Representation
* Maintain premium visual merchandising and display standards.
* Champion Caudalie's commitment to sustainability, efficacy, and luxury.
* Create elevated and memorable in-store customer experiences.
Relationship Building
* Develop strong relationships with Sephora store teams and management.
* Act as the primary point of contact between Caudalie and retail partners.
* Foster a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing in-store environment.
Operations
* Manage stock levels, testers, and merchandising materials.
* Ensure all displays are well-maintained, organised, and fully stocked.
* Provide regular reporting and feedback on sales performance, training activity, and store insights.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in retail sales and/or beauty training.
* Strong sales-driven mindset with a record of achieving targets.
* Confident, outgoing, and engaging personality.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness.
