Two venues Caloundra RSL Club and Caloundra Power Boat Club are looking for experienced and passionate Chefs to join our workforce and deliver outstanding service. We also welcome applications from apprentice candidates who would like to continue their apprenticeship with us.

Caloundra Power Boat Club is located in Golden Beach and features great restaurants and large function rooms, all with spectacular views overlooking the beautiful Pumicestone Passage!

* A full‐time position with an annual salary is available for the Functions Chef role, as well as part‐time or casual positions for Chefs, paid at an hourly rate including weekend and public holiday penalties.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for committed and highly motivated individuals to join our dedicated team of hospitality professionals at the Caloundra RSL & Power Boat Club. The right candidate for the role will enjoy working in a fast‐paced environment and delivering exceptional service. You will have a positive, can‐do approach and a willingness to contribute to our vibrant, incredible team.
Qualified Chef
Qualified Chef ensures the provision of high‐quality meals and service to Club patrons in the most timely and effective manner possible.
Pre‐requisites
* Cert III, Diploma of Commercial cookery or relevant Trade certificate
* 1 year experience as a Chef within Hospitality Industry
* Previous experience working in a fast paced kitchen
* Previous experience catering for functions and events
* Knowledge of all aspects of kitchen operations including the preparations, fryers, grill, pans and function service.
* Have good availability across 7 days (weekends & Public Holidays)
