The Role Recipe
* Project & rollout support. support IT and technology rollouts across the network
* Coordinate IT setup fro new store openings and store refurbishments
* Provide on-site support for store openings, upgrades and critical issues when required
* Provide internal support to the Schnitz Office
* Support infrastructure management
* Supplier & Vendor coordination
* Support and enforce IT standards for store builds and refurbishments
Key Ingredients
* Relevant qualification in IT, Information Systems, or Project Coordination (desirable, not essential).
* Industry certifications or training in IT support, infrastructure, or service delivery (advantageous).
* Equivalent practical experience in IT support or coordination roles accepted in lieu of formal qualifications.
* Experience in IT support, IT coordination, or project coordination roles, ideally in a multi-site, retail or hospitality environment.
* Strong problem-solving ability with a practical, solutions-focused approach to issue resolution and delivery.
* Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented.
* Practical and solutions-focused, with a "get it done" mindset
