Experience managing a fast-paced, high-volume visitor attraction or venue.

Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to create and implement processes and procedures, and to drive a winning team culture.
Experience managing a multi-generational, diverse, and largely casual workforce.

The focus for your role will be to work hand-in-hand with our general manager to drive all daily operations, financial performance, and development strategy. Essentially, ensuring our attractions, ticketing, retail, photos, and arcades are in top condition to provide the best experience for guests
