About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our hospitality team.
This part-time role (3 days per week) reports to the Hospitality Manager and is responsible for providing outstanding customer service as the first point of contact for residents, visitors and staff. Additional shifts may be available depending on operational needs.
Key responsibilities include:
Greeting and assisting residents, families and visitors
Answering and directing phone calls and emails
Managing visitor sign-ins and maintaining reception presentation
Handling mail, deliveries and general administrative tasks
Supporting office operations and ad hoc administrative duties
About You
* Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
* Minimum two years’ experience in front desk or customer-facing roles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Empathetic and patient when working with the elderly
* Strong multitasking and organisational abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Flexible to work occasional weekends
